Meticulously maintained ThinkPad X220 in near pristine condition, with brand new keyboard (installed in May 2016). Used as a home desktop with external monitor--only -carried out 3 times. It was placed over two cooling fan pads all the time. Decided to sell it only because I so rarely go out with a laptop (as shown by the battery w/ only 6 cycles on it) and am replacing it with a desktop.
Problem-free in the 5 years I’ve owned it. Only two very minor issues came up recently, which should be a no-brainer to solve for anyone geekier than me:
- External USB mouse sometimes becomes non-responsive (but TrackPoint and TrackPad work fine, however I am a mouse person).
- Screen saver occasionally froze into a blank white screen, which will get back to normal by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Well, I almost fell victim to a scam! Was ready to ship it to the scam "buyer" who claimed they are not in NY right now. A call to paypal saved me!
So here I am, relisting the ad. Feel sorry to those who was trying to read my ad.
