Failed Bios Update On T440s - Anyone Know What These Symptoms Mean?

So I recently tried to update the bios on my T440s and failed during the second reboot

After that, when it powers on the Backlight and CPU Fan will be on for around 5 secs and then turn off,

The Power led & a faint white noise comming from the speakers will be lit/on for 30 secs then completely turn off

I had ordered a "Flashed Bios Chip" from ebay (Bios Depot) for $33 CAD

Replaced mine with it,

and turn on the laptop

Same Issue, at this point, I just want to know if anyone encountered such thing, or if anyone knows what the white noise means,
Any pointers or help or info would be greatly appreciated!

Meanwhile I will be chilling in bed with my trusty T400, love that thing but it comes no where close to the 1080p IPS Touchscreen that of the T440s
