Help:Middletons Bios for x300 & MSata Question

has anyone done this or find it to be an improvement?
I have
x300 windows 7 64bit
64gb ssd
4gb crucial ram(2x2)

Also
i have a Samsung Model mz-mte1280 128gb ssd.few questions
-would this work with x300
-would any 1.8'' adapter work or is there a preference on one to get
-would i be going backwords with msata then going with a 1.8'' ssd

Any mSATA drive will work with an adapter.
They'll have virtually the same speed as a 1.8" SSD.
You won't notice much (if any) speed difference.

Early small mSATA drives were quite slow, so putting in a more modern 250GB SSD will improve things.
