yikes! Just got a thinkpad 365xd

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I just got a THINKPAD 365XD and I need to find myself a external floppy disk drive in order to re-install windows. I have searched the think wiki and i`m unable to find one on eBay that would work on the 365xd.
To make matters really crazy The OS is in french! and I don`t speak or read the language.
I am a complete noob so please forgive my lack of knowledge.
If any of you could let me know where to purchase the right floppy drive or if you would be willing to share(any helpful info)
I would greatly appreciate it.

Contact eBay user ID bran3245 about eBay item number 132035727915. Ask seller about connector, ask seller to measure its length in millimetres. If seller tells you that it measures approximately twenty or twenty-one millimetres, then ask seller: to which of (one of these) (two photographs) does it more resemble. Then share the answers with us.

Just wanted to thank you for your help. I bought The 10H4056 with the 74H0219 cable. I will let you know how it works. It was hard as hell to figure the floppy disk problem out with the 365xd.
From what I understand i`m not the only one that found it frustrating.
