T430s dead battery replacement

the battery part no for my t430s is 45N1037. Can I buy any battery that fits ? I read there maybe some which is incompatible.
I just need a working battery for BIOS firmware upgrade..

The battery for T430s is 81+ (there are a few possible FRU numbers).

The battery for T420s, namely 66+, will also fit, but will not charge inside the laptop. If you get it charged elsewhere, the laptop will work off this battery, though.

Picked up a +81 battery from eBay and was able to updated the bios to the latest version.
Now to test if the +66 battery is still good.
