I was just looking around for a sound card option for my IBM ThinkPad 340 (1994, monochrome) running Windows 95... And found an extensive thread about PCMCIA sound cards here http://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?t=30840.
And thus I am back looking for PCMCIA sound cards for this particular machine. I am currently looking for the following:
- EXP Soundnote
- RATOC REX-5570
- Eiger Labs/Fujitsu 16-bit Stereo Sound
...
Or, an IBM 3D Sound Card... Anyone knows if it would ever work with Windows 95? I needed to use PuTTY (the machine also serves as a terminal for my Linux build machines and a weather station), so 3.1 is not exactly an option...
Best Regards,
JeffBai
