February Special, NOS Frankenpad board with X9000 Core2Extreme

These are listed in a separate topic from the motherboards alone because there are a limited number of the cpu chips available, and will be sold on a first come/first served basis.

Motherboard, Brand new 44c3924 NOS board for T61 Standard screen or T60 (or similar) Frankenpad.
Note, I won't fully describe these boards here because my long standing topic where I sell them lists their full history, so suffice it to say we believe they are the only remaining new NOS boards with the newly designed nVidia chip available anywhere, at any price.

CPU, X9000 Core2 Extreme, 2.8ghz (at default clock speed), 6mb Cache. These have unlocked cores so can be overclocked, and I can assure you that NONE of these chips have been abused, all have been pulled from corporate laptops where the highest levels of corporate users ordered them, not gamers or those who like to overclock for sport, and finding one of these that hasn't been abused is very difficult. In fact the last one I got that I was confident of it's source sold very quickly for over $200.

These are not the Fake Chips From China that have popped up on auction sites and plagued the industry, even the USA military was scammed by them, but you can follow the link to read more about that.

So what I'm offering is one of the Brand new 44c3924 motherboards with an X9000 cpu chip for $200 plus shipping, $15 domestic and international starts at $40 for most locations.

We are just now beginning extensive testing on each of the top of the line laptops and after they pass all testing, the cpu chips will be removed to offer our members before sending the source laptops on their way to auction with a lesser cpu installed, then these motherboards will be ready to ship with the x9000 cpu chips starting about Monday Feb 13th.

This is the fastest chip in this series, and although never offered by Lenovo, many of us have used them in our T61 series and Frankenpads and they are the ultimate chip for this series.

The factory clock speed runs at 2.8ghz and with dual IDA mode enabled will run at about 3.08ghz, and from there you can overclock it if you wish, some claim stable running at 3.4ghz, but please overclock at your own risk.

It's my opinion that chips of this quality are worth the $200 price alone, and it was just a little over a year ago, before we obtained the only known quantity of these motherboards that they alone sold for $250 about as fast as we could get them, so while they last I feel this is an exceptional offer.
