How to use Intel AMT in T450s?

For testing purposes, I enabled Intel AMT in T450s. However, it didn't request an IP address from my DHCP server. I also tried to push Ctrl+p during the POST, but nothing happened. I have a CPU with vPro support and in UEFI I can see that ME firmware version is 10.0.38.1000. As far as I know, ME firmware should be the AMT firmware(?).
