Desktop Motherboard Help

#1 Post by XiP » Thu Jun 16, 2005 8:19 pm

I took the motherboard out of my Intellistation M Pro 6219-10U and put it in a Cooler Master case. The part # on the board is 24P7527.

I don't have any documentation for it so I can't figure out where to plug the power switch into the board. Can anybody help me find online documentation for the board?

Or if I take a picture of the board will somebody be able to help figure out where to plug the power switch, HDD led, and reset?

You mean to tell us that you took no pics nor notes prior to disassembly of the Intellistation? ;-) Dang, that makes it a bit hard to deal with.

Usually, in my experience, those pins are grouped together, HDD, Power, Reset, Speaker, etc. I think they are typically two rows of 8 or 10 pins, with perhaps one or two pins missing here and there.

Often these are near an edge of the board.

Are you ABSOLUTELY sure there is no labelling on your mobo?

I found it. You were right all the pins were grouped together and located on the edge of the motherboard beside the power input. The plug was over it so I couldn't see it. Thanks for your help! 8)
