4k mod for W530?

Dear glorious Thinkpad modders,
I have a question if 4k mod for W530 is possible. It looks this the first ThinkPad supporting 4k@60Hz external display [1]. This is possible only via the DisplayPort on the machine and not using the docking station.

W530 still has a lot of power and 4k screen would bring nice font rendering and better outdoor usage. I understand the interest would not be the same as with FHD mods for 12" or 14" machines, but maybe it would have more fans than X1 Carbon FHD mod.
