Thinkpad Configuration program

Does anyone happen to have a the thinkpad features program or the configuration program that comes with the IBM thinkpad 760E ?
I am trying to make a disk for all the drives I would need for me 760E and so far so good, I am just missing this program to complete the collection.
I have an IBM Thinkpad 760E model 9546-U9B
I am running WIN 98 SE
It would be greatly appreciated, If someone can lead me to where to find this program or if someone can send me a copy of it. Thanx again guys
