LCD not working on a TP 750C

I just get this 750C. The LCD is not working. I tried to switch it with FN+F7 and nothing happens. Actually it blinks, but no image or light on it.

It has Win 3.1 installed, and I configured both displays. Again, nothing happens but blinking.

I took out the screen. The cables and LCD surround connections are OK.

Do you know if there's another thing to test?

WAY too big? I placed it at 800x600...
