Love my X230!

Is it bad that I love the my new $175 X230 more than my company issued $1500+ Surface Book? No, my screen doesn't turn into a tablet (but I never use it for that anyways), and I hate the high resolution issues (I connect to tons of other servers all day long and when I switch from docked at my desk (2 monitors) to going to a meeting the [censored] thing is always getting mixed up...either everything is too small or icons too large.

My X230 "just works" !

Our X230 had a new lease of life, just had SSD upgrade, and this machine just flies!

I have 3 of them but they'll never replace my X220.

Unless that is, I can get an i7 one and transplant the old skool keyboard into it. They're a fantastic machine though and I've been using them for programming for years.

Just ordered a used but in good state X230, will get here next week.

I noticed that on the X220/X230 the keyboards are full-sized in contrast to the X240 onwards were there are spaces on both sides even though a full sized keyboard can occupy all the wideness of the chassis.
Also the HD Graphics 4000 is a step forward to the HD Graphics 3000 on the X220.
