i hope its not bad that i didnt insure it... anyone else ever ship a thinkpad back?

no insurance? bad move. if anything breaks/disapears in the shipping process, youll be held accountable

UPS is not known for treating packages well. You should have asked us before you sent it back :(

Most likely the box will be fine, but if it's not...

well darn a dollar for every 100 bucks in insurance wouldve came up to like 30 bucks for it :) :) and i suppose im cheap

anyways im returning it because i'm stupid and i want a dead pixel free lcd screen as my other post states... glad the "Estimated Shipping Date" thread is going strong without me tho lol

Oh I see. Does your LCD screen qualify for a replacement, or are you doing the return-within-30-days-and-reordering deal (which would mean you'll soon be going back tot he "Estimated Shipping Date" thread anyway =)?
