Recommendation for Wifi Card for T61 with Middleton bios?

I have a T60/T61 Frankenpad, and am wondering what would be a good wifi card for this laptop, either full size or half size.

Intel AC 7260 Mini-PCI version, or a contemporary version from Atheros.

Intel 6300 is a nice card.

And the winner is: full-size dual band Atheros AR9380/AR5BXB112, a.k.a. Apple Airport
I have put those in nearly all my Frankies.
If you have only 2 antenna wires, put the grey cable onto CH0 (left) and black onto CH2 (right).
The white one (if you have it) goes onto CH1 (middle).
