I would like to purchase a laptop powerbank for my TPY260, because battery life is lacking for outdoors. Something not too big and heavy, around 30000mAh, yet reliable, without strong magnetic field that can harm HDDs stored in the same bag, not running too hot and not overly expensive. Reading power bank reviews, finding one meeting all the criteria prooves a challenge.
I found a few interesting power banks that only have 19V output, without 20V option available. I understand that it should be generally safe, but are there any long-time adverse effects like faster battery degradation etc?

19v might not work. The HMMs specify an allowable voltage range of 19.5v to 21v at the DC input jack.

I doubt a halfvolt will be big deal. It should work. I know that most USB devices work fine on 4.5V. Also, if it's a cheap brick, it maybe 19+ volts so it could be in spec.

The only acceptable use for a MacBook is to shop for a Thinkpad.

Re: Power bank for Thinkpad / 19V vs 20V
I tried charging my TPY 260 from a 120W 19V adapter (which produces 19.5V without load - compared to 20.5V of classic 65W round tip and 20.8V of 45W square tip charger Thinkpad chargers, without load), seemed to be working fine. Guess I'll grab that 19V powerbank soon.
