T460p - recovery and windows 10 entitlement failures

Hello I just purchased new ThinkPad T460p type 20FW.

I tried to make set of Lenovo Recovery Disks using the appropriate icon in control panel – the process started but then the screen froze and now when I try to repeat this, it tells me that I can only have one copy of MS operating system and that the product recovery media will now exit!

I also signed up to loan Windows10 Pro Recovery Media Entitlement – I received the link from Lenovo and installed the Lenovo USB Recovery Creator. The Windows 10 Pro download started but froze at 70% and I can’t download the file, and now it comes up with an error message – Validation failed – recovery file ZW01637AZ.IMZ is invalid.

Kindly please advise what to do ASAP.
