ThinkPad Ultranav driver issue wit WIN 10

Hi,

I used to use a TP X61 and a T60, the trackpoint had the press to select and the central button locked the scroll and I could go up and down pnly by moving the trackpoint.

Now I have a X220 and a X230, Win 10 automatically update the driver if I install the old version, with the new one I can't activate all previous functions. I deactivated the automatic update for driver in advanced settings... altough this Windows update the driver.

Has anybody noticed this problem? How can I solve?
