Maybe a stupid question but what's this for?

I just noticed a little switch underneath the CD drive on my T41, when I flick it a little plastic thingy pops out, what's it for please?

it's to take your CD driver out of the bay

Pulling the drive out...that way you can swap in a slim battery, 2nd hard drive etc.

Ah... thanks. I was hoping it was a MMC/SD card reader thing or something, I suppose I'll just have to get a PCMCIA card instead.
