I see that it's possible to install an M.2 2242 SSD in the WWAN slot of the X240 and X270, and the HMMs for both those models describe how to do it. But is it possible to install an M.2 2242 SSD in an X250 (or X260)? I can't find any clear information on that anywhere, and the HMMs for those models don't mention an M.2 SSD, at least not in the versions I've looked at.
Any information will be gratefully received.

Re: X250 - M.2 SSD possible?
Yes, you can, as long as it's an M.2 2242
See X250 HMM, page 68: 1070 Wireless-WAN card or M.2 solid-state drive
