T430s-T420s LED sub card Swap

Firstly, I'm Wondering if anyone has tried installing a T420s LED sub card (04W1696/04W1697) in a T430s (04W3934). The goal being to get a dedicated bluetooth LED indicator.

I have the parts to try it, so if no one else has tried it, I'm wondering if someone could tell me what's the worst that could happen if I were to try it?
