What does "Rogue-2" mean in this X240s parts list?

Does anyone here have any idea of what "Rogue-2" means in this X240s parts list:

I tend to doubt that it's the sequel to the latest Star Wars movie, but I could be wrong...

Rogue-2 (a.k.a. RG2) is the name of the motherboard that's in the X240 series.
Rogue-One has to do with Star Wars.
The X230 series mobo were called Dasher-2.
The X220 series mobo were called Dasher-1.

Rogue could have been Santa's spare reindeer...

Very roguish of Lenovo to choose that name. I wonder if the X600 series (my old favorite) had a system board named "SolidCitizen-1" or something similar...

Thank you for the clarification!

Its just the internal code-name of the machine.

The X230s was Rogue 1.

And here are some more Lenovo names (from T400/T500 onwards): https://www.lenovo.com/legal/patents.html

From others: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_c ... code_names

Example: How To Identify A Motherboard Manufacturer (this is one that works for Lenovo)
WISTRON

feature is the name of the platform as a proper name. For example, Warrior, Volvi, Cathedral Peak, Thurman, Beyonce, etc. Sometimes there are alphanumeric combinations: D2U. Long name, is, cut: Cathedral Peak II -> CP2. Also, some names are duplicated alphanumeric code. For example, Thurman = DT2. The scheme here is this: the first letter - the manufacturer's code, the second letter - first letter of the code name of the project, the third symbol - the serial number.
information about the name can usually be found in the white rectangles. It is accompanied by digital codes. Let us examine them. 08219-1 - is the number of revisions to the board. The first two digits - the year of manufacture. 48.4K801.011 - P / N. It should be noted that a draft scheme of the form marked with code 91.4K801.001 and the middle part is almost always coincides with the middle part of the P / N on the motherboard.
