According to @rmsmajestic it does (I'm assuming the T420/T430 adapters that were made from -S boards), but less to an extent compared to the v1 of Javi's T420/T430 FHD mod.
Then again the V1 did work with zero issues for some people. So YMMV.

Can we stick to the topic at hand...the WQHD kit from RMSMajestic?

If you want to discuss FHD, why not create or add on to a previous thread?

Update for those running coreboot (like me). Native graphics initialization and libgfxinit both result in more or less distracting display errors, but both work well enough to enable normal booting with grub. To get perfect graphics during boot, use a VGA Bios Option ROM (How do I get the rom?) with vesa mode 0x037e for 16bit full resolution.

I just finished installing an AUO B140QAN01.1 in my T430s and it appears to work (Kubuntu 16.04, no coreboot). It does have the same screw hole misalignment issue reported by mithodin with his B140QAN01.5. Like mithodin, I'm relying on the screen bezel to keep the bottom portion of the screen in place and it appears to be working. Brightness, viewing angles, higher resolution -- all very nice indeed. I work mostly while plugged in so I'm not worried about the increased power draw. I didn't take any before-and-after measurements of heat or fan noise but subjectively I don't feel/hear a difference from when I was running with the stock screen.

In truth, WQHD is an insane resolution on a 14" screen for my eyes, so I'll likely end up reducing resolution or messing about with scaling, but all in all I'm quite happy with this upgrade. Updating fubu's spreadsheet now. Many thanks to RMSMajestic for facilitating this and to the members of this forum for contributing such good and useful information!

^ this is one of my worries....

Such a high resolution on 14" real estate...I have good eyesight but still...

I'm loving the FHD mod...1920 x 1080...

Whelp, I bought the kits and screens...might as well try one...

How are everyone's temps? I seemed to have +5C/+10C for idle/load temperatures moving from HD+ to WQHD.

Did you take any photos of the install to share by any chance?

Did the Upgrade for my t420s today using LP140QH1 SP B1 and it is AWESOME! Everything works perfect (Windows 10 and ubuntu). For me I can't report any changes in temperature. It is even a bit lower than before but I credit this to my fan cleaning while doing the upgrade (Around 60°C in IDLE with 0-1900RPM fan).

Thanks so much!

Sorry, I only took three pre-install photos to help me remember where the antenna wires go plus one showing the serial number of the panel. Not sure they'll be worth much to anybody but here they are: https://imgur.com/a/1vgem.
