How to increse brightness of LCD if Home key is not working

I have T20 and brightness of LCD display too dim. And Home key is not working on my thinkpad for long time.. So I am not able to use Fn+Home to increase the brightness. So is there any command or alternative to increase the brightness of the LCD screen?
