Access IBM button

Hi there.
After windows XP was reinstalled on my TP41p I installed the driverpackages listed at IBM's homepage. I used software installer. My problem is that the blue Access IBM button isn't working, nothing happens when it is pushed. Can anyone help me?

Check to see if the application Access IBM is installed in add/remove programs?
