Thinkpad 600x LCD "wobbly" and "liquidy"

Ok id classify this as a minor, yet annoying problem akin to a dead pixel. There is a section of the LCD that "wobbles" and appears "liquidy" whenever the screen is moved even slightly. It's not noticable when the unit is stable (like on a desk) or when the background is a solid color, but it is very noticable when i have it on my lap, and am viewing anything that doesnt have a solid color background.

This happens after i noticed a small piece of dust on the screen, so i wiped it away (very gently) with my finger. I know this has to be the cause because this probalem is right below the figerpring i left (doh!)

Anyways, im hoping that there is some kinda fix for this other then replacing the LCD.. I seriously didnt think it would be that fragile..

Any ideas?

Ok here's what you, the sheets on the inside are oviousely not touching the screen properly. Open up the screen, take a peice of paper, fold it to make it thick and tape it too the back of the lcd, the goal is too lessen the room inside the lcd chassi, you kneed to push the sheets into the screen harder.
