WTB: 80 gig HDD and RAM for T21

I'm so excited about my long-awaited first laptop ever that I seriously might get myself banned for asking stupid questions before my T21 even gets here from retrobox.com if I'm not careful.

Please let me know if you are an individual human being who wants to sell an 80 gig hard drive (or even a slightly smaller one; it's coming with only 12 gigs) or the appropriate RAM to upgrade from 256 to 512 MB.

I'm taking a break from eBay and would greatly appreciate any suggestions on other places I might find these parts online.

I know that I need to be careful to get laptop parts and not desktop parts, but I should be able to find all that info on the IBM website after I read my pdfs or by opening the case when my Thinkpad arrives and looking.
