So many people with EPP???/

#1 Post by wantathinkpad » Sat Jun 25, 2005 11:08 am

Yeah I am back. A last summer and up till early February this year fall last year I was looking for my ThinkPad and posting under the screename needalaptop. I did not get it , fell in love with the Powerbooks then realized not ready to switch over yet. Now I am back looking for Thinkpad for school which I must get. While browsing the posts on the T series I noticed that more people are talking about EPP prices. Last year that was so rare. I stopped reading when spring semester started/T43s arrived.
So I am wondering was there a change in the EPP program around the time the T43s come out. Do more employees visit this site now or did I miss something? Lenovo doing some real world testing to see what we want changed or more importantly not changed about Thinkpads?

when you return you should use your old login..
but now that you are here with a new login i have done the housekeeping and deleted your old one..

those customers who are entitled to EPP know who they are and will have the information needed..

you might also check in with your new school for their student pricing for new thinkpads..

i can usually meet EPP pricing when you take sales tax into account and sometimes meet student pricing..

but for you, first, find out what the new school requires and what their student pricing is.. :)

Thanks Bill. I wasn't envious educational and visa/mastercard is great for me. Just that the number of EPPs was one of the first things I noticed was different. But it is great to be back.
