Speed of EZServ Repair

#1 Post by mrxle3 » Sat Jun 25, 2005 5:27 pm

I just shipped my t42 through DHL Airborne yesterday. For anyone who has ever sent their thinkpad in for repair, how fast did it take you to get your laptop back? I sent it in for a hard drive replacement (clicking hard drive =/)

I returned my T43p cuz of the graphic card. It took them 2 days to change it and test it. Actually I could have it the same days if they didnt have to test it.

I've varied anywhere from sending it on a monday and getting it back wednesday to not having my laptop for an entire week.

you should have had them send you a new HDD to you rather than send the thinkpad in for THAT particular job..
