755c service diskette bios

#1 Post by Lem » Sun Jun 26, 2005 9:32 pm

I have a thinkpad 755c which works just fine. i want to update the bios with the most recent (yes, i know that was 1996). i just want to use more functions and upgrade a few things. i know the version is 1.40 or 1.43; i used to find it on IBM's web site but now it no longer exists. i have googled everywhere. anyone know where i can get a copy. not on ebay, none there either.
thanks,
Lemster

You're going to have a fun time getting that file. If you're computer is running fine with no problems you'd suspect are being caused by the BIOS, then I'd just leave the computer as is.
