Everytime I turn on screen expansion, it works fine until I hibernate or turn off my computer. After doing so, screen expansion seems to default back to being off. Is there a default setting for screen expansion that I can set somewhere?
I've tried turning the option on through both Thinkpad Configuration and BIOS. For some reason it never wants to stay on. Has anybody else had a similar experience?
This is on my 2378FVU running Windows XP Pro SP2. Any help is appreciated.
Screen expansion problem?

That just does the same thing as the options in thinkpad configuration.nirvana0001 wrote:i got the same problem before.

What I noticed is that when I resume from standby and check the thinkpad configuration dialog box, screen expansion is still enabled. But what will happen is that about 10 seconds after I resume from standby, the screen will turn off for a second, then turn back on. After that cycle, screen expansion is disabled. So it probably has something to do with that.

Update. Seems to have been a driver issue. Switched over to the Omega 5.4 drivers. Screen doesn't cycle off and on after standby resume anymore and screen expansion doesn't turn off by itself anymore.
