When is the best time to buy a Txx Notebook? (So when (e.g. always Feb, Sept.) are new models announced and prices drop?

What is your experience when they are cheapest?

What is your experience when they are cheapest?

My experience for any kind of purchase is that it's the cheapest the day after the last day I can return it.

My advice is buy what you need when you need it at the best price you can negotiate. Chasing prices/performance is a never-ending game.

i saw a t42p model dropped $1000 last december. another model dropped pretty much either.
