Most any burning software should work although some people are partial to one or the other. Windows XP comes with limited burning capability built in. If you have the recovery partition or CDs you can get the IBM sotware by doing a recovery with the CDRW drive installed (saving data) but you will have to reinstall any additional software you have (you should also save the install directory for the DVD software).
Otherwise if you don't mind software thats a version older than the latest I get software at the link below. They have Nero and NTI CD Maker. I like their $3 flat shipping rate.
