FS: X230 w/IPS, T400, W700, genuine batteries and parts

#1 Post by wujstefan » Thu Dec 20, 2018 11:33 am

Couple of systems for sale!

X230
i5-3320, QWERTY keyboard with with some weird keys, non-backlit, scratches here and there, hinges tight, IPS screen with brighter spots in the middle of the screen (not bad though), palmrest with dent under the touchpad. No HDD caddy, but the cover is there. A working machine that could make one a cheap IPS-grab-and-go machine. No RAM / HDD / PSU included. Can add a working genuine 9-cell battery for $15 extra.
$75 as-is

X200
Built out from couple of units.
P8400, 3Gb of RAM, nice QWERTY UK keyboard, Led WXGA lcd from X201 (has X201 mark on it), 120Gb HDD afair, Good working 9-cell genuine battery (5+ hrs). No charger included, but it may be for a couple of extra $. Screen has some flaws, brighter spots etc. It did irritate me, but not enough for me to invest into this thing.
Some scuffs and scratches, but no dents or cracks, hinges are tight. Palmrest with fingerprint. Good mobile workhorse.
$60 SOLD as-is

T61
This is also built out of couple of other units :)
T7500, 4Gb of RAM, nvs140m (build date 08/06), WUXGA 1920x1200 from T61p (Samsung), the mark on the LCd says T61p. BT, DVD-RW, no HDD, no PSU, genuine 57/84Wh 9-cell battery. Palmrest with FP, cracked in two places - I may search to include another, nice one. Hinges have some play. Battery has a dent. No charger included, but it may be for a couple of extra $. Screen is decent, albeit not perfect. Middleton is loaded ofc, I did not undervolt the GPU. Still snappy and does the job.
$70 SOLD as-is

T400
And this one was owned by my wife.
T9400, 4Gb of RAM, WXGA Led lcd (no flaws as far as I can see, still very bright), BT/WAN, genuine 36/56Wh battery, No HDD (caddy and cover is there), QWERTY US keyboard with some shine (and dirty), palmrest with FP, DVD-RW. This is an ATI-based version - and so the switchable graphics works nice. No charger included, but it may be for a couple of extra $. Hinges have some play, but I'd say completely regular for T400. I should have some parts I may include as spares. I think this system has never left our couch.
$100 as-is

X301
Type 4057-WTN, I don't have the time to finish this project. This one is interesting, because it has the beest possible CPU. No HDD/SSD, genuine battery with 33% charge, palmrest misses one speaker bezel, screen has pressure marks, QWERTY keyboard is a bit dirty... but works. Take it as a parts machine or a part of project :)
$60 SOLD as-is

W700 #1
T9600 + 4Gb RAM + no HDD + fx2700m. Nice WUXGA, WACOM digitizer + pen, nice keyboard, well shaped lid/hinges, camera, colorimeter, DVD-RW drive, generic battery. No PSU. This one is a nicely-shaped one.
$230 SOLD

W700 #2
Q9100 + 8Gb RAM + 256GbSSD + 1TbHDD + fx2700m. Nice WUXGA, no-wacom palmrest, nice keyboard, well shaped lid/hinges, camera, colorimeter, DVD-RW drive, genuine battery holds a charge. 170W genuine PSU. This one is licked clean.

Slightly brighter spots on the very edge of the screen. I need to concentrate on them a bit to see them tho; impossible to catch on a picture. And I am picky.
