T42 Internal Wireless Wont work

I cannot seem to get my Internal Wireless b/g card on my T42 to work.
I have enabled it by hitting Fn+F5 and the green wireless light below the screen is lit, however in my task bar the wireless icon has a Red X.
I am within range of a Linksys Wireless G Router as my other laptop connects just fine.
When I click the wireless icon in the taskbar and select 'View Available Wireless Networks' the Wireless Network connection window pops up, but there are no networks in the list.
As a matter of fact, EVERYTHING is "greyed out" except the cancel button, I cant click Advanced or anything.
Can anyone help?

Are you using IBM Access Connections? If so, which version? What version of driver are you using with your wireless. Do you have IBM wireless, Intel wireless, or other? You need to give more information if you want help.
