Where buy thinkpad

Hello

I want buy my first thinkad laptop from USA(I live in Poland) and I'm looking best place to buy laptop. I have 1300$ and i want T42 laptop with 1.7 GHz, 40GB HD, 512 ram, 14,1 screen and 3 years waranty. Is that possible? where i can looking for cheap and new laptops? (Ebay, online shops?)

IF i was you i would buy it on ebay.com. I got mine from there (T23) for 500$ plus 30$ for shipping and it works great however you must be joined with the site and also with another company called paypal (both are free) and depending on where the item is located you might pay a higher shipping fee (the highest i have ever seen for a laptop was 60$)

Note when bidding on an item it is recommend that you read all the information and make sure that the item is listed with paypal

I hope this isn't out of line, but... I think you can almost always find comparable, or even better, deals from online sellers with reputable customer service histories. And the shipping is nearly always cheaper. Many eBay-level resellers are not able to ship or bill internationally. Here's a search I did for one model that fits your criteria. CLICK HERE! Use eBay - just make sure you buy from a seller that has a good history. There's plenty of decent T42 deals going and you won't get them cheaper anywhere else.
