Temperature readings

How can I tell my CPU, and Hard drive temperature?

I seem to lose alot of performance after long and hard runs, when I am runnig very hot.
2.2ghz MacBook Pro
320b Lacie Triple Interface Extreme Drive

It is freeware and an excellent programm for CPU und Harddrive temperature.

It's used for contolling and managing the harware although it's great also as a monitoring tool.
