I know that if I spend any money on a floppy drive, I should probably just go with a USB one, but having this legacy floppy connector I can't use for anything on my port replicator II, while there's only 1 USB port is driving me crazy! Also, I don't see any burning need for a portable floppy drive, while on the other hand, it would be nice to have access to one from time to time at my desk.
What would you guys do? Also, if I'm searching for a deal on a proprietary thinkpad one, what FRUs should I be looking for?
Thanks,
What FRUs fit the floppy connector on Port replicator II?
