Have 380D recovery disc but don't know if it would help you. I would just install Win98SE fresh and download the drivers from IBM's site. You'll be much happier with that than, I believe Win95 which is what came on it.

I have a 380ED and yeah, you really don't have to worry too much about drivers. Just make sure you download the IBM configuration utility from the support site, that's all you really need. Win98 and up should have all the needed drivers already.
