Is there reason why this can't be done? Assuming that both the LCD inverter and the flex cable still works in T4x machine. Thanks.
/edit
I see that the t2x lcd uses a 20-pin connector while the T4x lcd uses a 30-pin connnector.
But is it still possible that a T2x LCD + inverter + flex cable will work in a T4x? Thanks again
/edit2
I also see that the LCD inverter for the T40 and T2x are very different. But isn't the job of the inverter is to convert analog video signal into DVI signal for the LCD? if one can physically fit the T2x inverter into a t40 wouldn;t it work?
Can I replace a 14.1" T4X XGA LCD with a T2X XGA LCD?
