How long is it taking to get an X41 Tablet?

My IT dept ordered me an X41 tablet from CDW about 2 weeks ago. They said it would ship today but now are saying 7/25.

How long is it taking most of you to get them? We have a corporate account with CDW but would buy elsewhere if they were in stock. Any ideas?

Yep, I am wondering the same things. I just ordered one directly from the IBM yesterday. I got the package for 2099.

You should check out tabletpcbuzz.com. Hit the IBM/Lenovo link. We are all sooooo frustrated with the wait. In my case, I ordered one the day it came out (June 7th) and I am still waiting.

I ordered the 18666SU model. 1.5, 512 (upped to 1.5), 60 GB, ABG, BT, etc. IE, fully loaded. I am HOPING to get it in a couple of weeks. It seems like the demand for this is way over the top.

You can get that model/package for less - check out tabletpcbuzz.com - no I don't work for them. Seriously, it is worth a couple of hundred dollars to surf over to the site.

i ordered mine from IBM. at first the sales operator told me the 40gb HD tablets were atleast 2 to 4 week waits, but the 60gb HD tablets were still pretty available (because the 60gb's are only availble by phone) and it could probably ship out in two days. so i ordered the 60gb.

that was two days ago. I've been checking my order status everyday since. Yesterday, ship status was "call". Today, ship status is "2 to 4 weeks"

wonder what it will change to tomorrow... but what happened to probably ship out in two days??

I ordered mine (the bundle, for $1800 something including tax) July 5 and have not received it. When I ordered it the estimated ship date was July 19. I have a blank for shipping status in my order status currently, do I need to call them or something?

I still don't have a time scheduled to get the machine yet. My status still says Call.
