anyone know if a FREE file recovery program?

I just deleted a bunch of photos, dumb... and need to get them back.

If it is not in the trash bin, there are some programs that may help, but I don't remember their names. Important note though: Don't use your computer until you find that program, since anything writen on your disk now may overwrite important information that can help some programs to recover the files that you want. Actually, if you download and install that program now it may also write over that info, so the best thing to do is to install the undelete software on an other computer, and to connect your disk to that computer as a secondary hard drive. That way you will not write anything on this disk. If you do write on this disk some/all files may be lost.
