T43p Power manager Gauge disappeared

I liked to big power manager gauge down to the right (just beside the taskbar) on my new T43p. However, now it's gone and I haven't figured out how to get it back. In services, there is a DLL file (PWRMGRTR.DLL) that doesn't start correctly. I guess this is the culprit. Anyone knows how I can reinstall just that file?

try going to Start...Programs...Access IBM...Power Manager. Once open click on Options then tick Show Power Manager Gaage in task bar.
