Weirdness with Access Connections and Network resources?

Just wondering if you guys have seen this one before. I recently began to notice that after booting my T43, I am sometimes unable to access any network drives, although I get an IP and can go online just fine. When this happens, I can resolve it by turning my wireless radio off and then back on.

I'm not positive, but I think this may have started after I installed Visual C# express 2005 Beta 2. If this is the case, then I wonder if it has something to do with the . net framework and the point at which Access connections is now loading in the boot process?
