Keyboard lettering worn away

I have problems with my keyboard key labels on a T23 wearing down so that the keys are nearly blank. Does anyone know of a key labeling or sticker set to mark the keys? It must be something to do with my finger metabolism because the last 3 IBM Thinkpads have had the key labels wear off... ;-(

Alternatively, take a look on eBay - I found a replacement keyboard there - changing it is VERY simple. This said, download the Hardware Maintenance Manual from the IBM site first - a mine of useful "how to's" complete with diagrams.
