T43P owners what keyboard do you have?

I was wondering if all the T43P's are shipped with the NMB keyboard?

I am using a T43P through my work and it has the US NMB Keyboard.

The T42P had a US Alps keyboard.

Can this be confirmed? If so, I will ask my work to exchange the T42P with the T43P.
