FOR SALE: 512MB PC133 SDRAM (2)

Well my trusty T23 died so I replaced it with a T22. Needless to say I now have these 2 512MB modules with no home. One is from Crucial and the other is IBM.

SDRAM, PC133 • CL=3 • Non-parity • 133MHz • 3.3V • 64Meg x 64

Best and fair offer plus shipping, or if anyone wants to trade for the 256 MB PC100 memory for my T22. My new T22 only has 128MB RAM so needless to say I have been able to catch up on my reading when doing things on the T22.

I also have the following sitting and needing to find a new ThinkPad home:

A - Hynix 256MB 200 pin SODIMM DDR 2100 266MHz (Qty 2)

B - Crucial 256MB 200 pin SODIMM DDR 2100 266MHz

C - Hynix 256MB DDR 2700 333MHz

These were from my departed T40.

Again fair and best offer plus shipping. These do me no good sitting in a box. I offer these to my fellow ThinkPad aficionados before I do the tiresome eBay route.
