Thinkpad A22m, add ram 256mo

Hi,
I would like to add 256mb on my thinkpad A22m 2628-SSG,
do I need a specific reference for the ram or will any PC100 ram work?

According to Thinkwiki, the A22m uses the 440BX chipset like the Thinkpad 600 series. Since the 600 series require low-density PC100 RAM (a 256MB stick should have 16 RAM chips, 8 on each side), it's very likely to be the same with the A22m.
