Runtime Error in certtool.exe. (abnormal program terminatio

After booting my T43 and logging in, several minutes later (idle), the machine will pop up an error notice:

[ Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library ]
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\IBM\Security\certtool.exe

abnormal program termination

Any idea what this means?
