hi
See this from Ebay, not bad for Kingston memory, but I am wondering that anyone used this or have any experience with this module. Please advice. Thanks

Get it for $102 + $4 S/H from newegg:

Most people here would say Kingston ValueRam is fine. I even read here that some thinkpads ship with the same memory chips used in the valueram. But others will tell you that its cheap for a reason, less testing and lazier tolerences. Some have reported memtest problems. If your compuer starts shuting down for no reason, its probably bad mem. I myself just picked up 512mb of crucial for $68. Crucial is good stuff, so is mushkin and some corsair. Rather be safe than sorry!

here's the mwave link, a gig for $115! Definately worth $15 over the Kingston.

It won't just fail. I think what happens is every once and a while your computer freezes, anf your like, WTF? And it is probably a memory "hiccup," a replacement might do the same thing. But hey, you might get lucky! I don't see a good reason not to get the crucial when it is only $15 more. Everyone would agree it is superior memory.
